Monica Mathews Reynolds is an associate at Spector Gadon & Rosen focusing her practice on litigation and appellate matters, with expertise in real estate and business law.

Ms. Reynolds has a depth of experience handling commercial and business disputes, advancing her client's position through critical business and legal aspects.

Ms. Reynolds has also successfully handled a wide range of real-estate related disputes including the filing and defense of mechanic's liens, landlord tenant actions, claims brought by and against commercial real estate developers, prosecution and defense of claims relating to contractors and subcontractors, breach of contract actions relating to sales agreements, title disputes, as well as the representation of municipalities.

In addition to claims within the real estate arena, Ms. Reynolds has recently handled complex commercial litigation matters; unfair competition; business disparagement; trade secrets; shareholder disputes; anti trust claims and franchise litigation, including those involving unfair competition and business disparagement, trade secrets, shareholder disputes, antitrust claims, and franchise litigation.

Ms. Reynolds has also assisted clients in resolving collections and other small claims and personal matters in Orphan's Court, Municipal Court and District Justice Courts.

Ms. Reynolds is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida and is admitted to the United States District Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Reynolds also has extensive experience litigating matters in the Commerce Program in the trial division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and in litigating before the courts of Montgomery County. Her achievements include successfully managing three appeals to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and she has also represented clients successfully in private mediation and arbitration.

Prior to her private practice, Ms. Reynolds served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Earl H. Carroll, United States Senior District Judge for the District of Arizona. Ms. Reynolds received her J.D. from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2000, where she authored an article in the Environmental Law Journal.

Ms. Reynolds is a member of the American Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
