Les Brock is a partner at Merrick Brock, PLLC, where he represents injured individuals, families, and businesses throughout Virginia. His practice includes personal injury claims, commercial disputes, and cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, dangerous property conditions, and wrongful death. Before founding the firm, Les spent more than a decade defending insurers and corporations in state and federal courts. That experience gave him a practical understanding of how defendants approach litigation, which he now uses to prepare claims and anticipate challenges on behalf of his clients. Les believes clients should have direct access to their attorney and a clear understanding of their options. He maintains communication by phone, email, and text, helping clients weigh settlement offers against the benefits and risks of trial. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics, cum laude, from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Washington and Lee University. Following law school, he clerked for Senior Justice A. Christian Compton of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
