Caleb has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara awarded in 1987. He graduated law school from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1990 and took and passed the California Bar Examination in February 1991. He is admitted to the California State Bar, the United States District Court, Southern District, United States Court of Appeal, 9th Circuit, and United States Tax Court.
