Quick turn-around time and being in constant communication with the client.

That each client's file is THE MOST important file in the office.

It's very important to know the law as well as being knowledgeable about how to deal with each individual court.

Whether it's necessary to retain counsel in the first place. Sometimes, the attorney fees might exceed the amount recovered.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
This is a difficult question to answer as it depends on the case.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
My turn-around time is very quick and I am in constant contact with the client. I return phone calls immediately and my client files don't "collect dust" waiting on the shelf to be worked on. It's the lawyer's duty to move the file along.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Keeping the client happy.
