Before joining Rad Law Group, Jessie gained experience in personal injury and family law, honing her skills in both fields. At Rad Law Group, she has worked on civil litigation, family law, and personal injury cases, guiding clients with care and dedication to help them seek justice. Jessie’s commitment to her clients is evident in her responsive and compassionate approach, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their legal journey. In law school, Jessie was actively involved in pro bono work, interning at the California Women’s Law Center and volunteering with the Saturday Academy of Law to support underrepresented students. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, reading, and spending time with her dog, Bandit.

As a second-generation personal injury lawyer, I grew up with an understanding of the uphill battle faced by injured Californians. Still, I had much to learn about the difference we could make in an individual’s life. It didn’t take long. One of my first clients was a sweet 80-year-old woman who had been in a terrible wreck and suffered multiple fractures. The insurance company, taking advantage of her trust, attempted to egregiously underpay her. Overwhelmed with anxiety, she contacted me, and I increased her offer by almost 20x. That result changed so much for both of us. For her, it gave her the power to afford a safe replacement vehicle, to change her living space to accommodate her new limitations, and to obtain additional in-home care. For me, it cemented my desire to serve individuals and families who find themselves at the mercy of an insurance company’s business practices. I have been proudly doing so ever since. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me jumping on a trampoline or singing along to the latest Disney hit with my wife and three young kids. If not that, I’m probably training for a triathlon, where I enjoy pushing the limits of my endurance.

Mr. Roeuth Sam founded this firm after working for one of the biggest plaintiff’s personal injury firms in California. For the past eighteen years, Mr. Sam represented over a thousand injured clients. Mr. Sam worked in the pre-litigation department meeting with clients, gathering evidence, investigating accident scenes, helping injured victims get the medical treatment that they desperately needed, obtaining medical records, sending out demand packages, negotiating with countless numbers of insurance adjusters, and favorably settling cases. After working in the pre-litigation department for several years, Mr. Sam transferred into the litigation department and litigated hundreds of cases.
