About Morton
Mort Daller is a founding partner of Daller Greenberg & Dietrich, LLP and is a trial lawyer handling many different types of lawsuits such as product liability, business and transactional, business torts employment, including class action litigation. He handles many complex cases throughout Pennsylvania and has served as national counsel and as regional counsel for certain clients. He is past president of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and is the Editor-in-Chief of the Product Liability Desk Reference: A Fifty State Compendium, the Tort Law Desk Reference: A Fifty-State Compendium, and Business Torts, a Fifty-State Guide all published annually by Aspen Law & Business. These books provide a succinct summary of the product liability, tort laws and business tort of the fifty states and the District of Columbia. The Pennsylvania and New Jersey chapters of all of these books are available through this web page. In 1997, he was awarded Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc.'s "Legal Eagle" award as the value added partner of the year. Mr. Daller has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine for each of the past five years.
Mr. Daller enjoys hunting, fishing, shooting, hiking, canoeing, tennis and reading history and science. In his spare time he has built a log cabin from scratch.
