Mr. Ginsberg has been practicing law with an emphasis on Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice since 1981. He was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1987, recertified in 1994, 2001 and 2006. He has litigated to conclusion in excess of 150 Medical Malpractice actions, obtaining substantial recoveries for claims of misdiagnosing cancer, negligence in the delivering of babies, emergency room negligence, surgical malpractice & implantation of false memories. He has also extensively litigated in the area of product liability having achieved substantial recoveries against such companies as Honda Motor Corp, General Motors, Rice & Holman Ford, K-Mart and Ryder Truck Rental. He has successfully argued before the Appellate Division & Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey resulting in several published decisions in both the New Jersey Superior Court & New Jersey Supreme Court Reporting.

Thomas J. Gossé, Esquire grew up in Southern New Jersey and graduated from Camden Catholic High School in 1974. Mr. Gossé attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gossé graduated cum laude from the Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1978. Mr. Gossé earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1981, graduating with Honors. While at Rutgers University School of Law, Mr. Gossé was an Associate Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. His article, “Torts – Medical Malpractice – Wrongful Life Claim Not Cognizable But Wrongful Birth Claim Allows Recovery For Emotional Trauma Suffered By Parents,” was published in the Rutgers Law Review in 1980. Mr. Gossé was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1981. He also practices in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Thomas Gossé served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Camden County from 1982-1985. From 1985-1988, he worked as an Associate Attorney with Archer and Greiner, P.C., in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Mr. Gossé is a member of many professional organizations, including the Camden County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Other professional memberships include the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New Jersey chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Gossé, during his twenty-five year career, has been recognized for his integrity and his legal ability. Henry L. Doner, Esq., is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and the Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is admitted to the State Bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He is admitted to the Federal Districts of New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His areas of law practice consist of plaintiff’s injury representation, workers’ compensation claims. He is the managing partner of the firm, with an undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also serves as a Board Member and Officer in various for profit and not for profit businesses in the Southern New Jersey Area. He was a staff writer for the Delaware Law Forum. He is married with two children. He is a South Jersey native, a graduate of Cherry Hill High School West. He is an alumnus of the Sigma Alpha Rho fraternity, Epsilon chapter, and Sigma Omicron Beta Fraternity at FDU Metro Campus. He played NCAA Varsity Lacrosse 1979 and 1980 at FDU.
