Edward Pritchard was born in Columbia, South Carolina, on March 17, 1962. Edward graduated from the University of South Carolina (B.S. 1984), and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D. 1987). While in law school, Edward was on the National Dean’s Honor List and was a member of the Order of Wig and Robe. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Randall T. Bell, South Carolina Court of Appeals. In August of 1988, Edward joined the law firm of Sinkler & Boyd, P.A., where he remained nearly twelve years, the last six of which he was a partner. In 2002, Edward formed The Pritchard Law Firm, which has expanded and become Pritchard & Elliott, Attorneys And Counselors At Law, LLC. Edward is admitted to the South Carolina Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, as well as the South Carolina Bar Association. He is currently a member of the S.C. Bar Association Nominating Committee, a member of the Charleston County Bar Association Executive Committee, as well as a member of the S.C. Bar Association House of Delegates. Edward also serves on the board of the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority and is a former member of the City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals – Zoning and former chairman of the City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals – Site Design. Edward is the co-author of the S.C. chapter of Defense Research Institute Bad Faith Compendium. Edward has extensive experience in civil and administrative trial practice and appellate practice. His practice area includes Insurance Coverage and Extra-Contractual Litigation Defense, Commercial and Business Litigation, Commercial Transactions, Insurance Defense, Workers’ Compensation and Appellate Practice.

Frank L.P. Barnwell is a practicing lawyer in the state of South Carolina specializing in Accident & Injury; Estate; Lawsuit & Dispute; Real Estate; and Traffic Law. Mr. Barnwell received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1976.

Josh Cantwell's practice involves several areas of civil litigation including handling personal injury claims, construction litigation, community association law, insurance bad faith litigation, product liability, commercial disputes, environmental litigation, and maritime cases. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Josh was selected as a member of the S.C. Bar’s Leadership Academy Class of 2011. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David C. Joshua P. Stokes is committed to providing his clients with the highest quality of legal services available in the Lowcountry and South Carolina as a whole. Mr. Stokes graduated from Presbyterian College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a minor in Computer Science. He was a member of the Charleston School of Law’s inaugural class earning his Juris Doctor in May 2007. Mr. Stokes was admitted to the South Carolina Bar at the end of 2007, and began his legal career as an attorney at the Law Offices of Paul E. Tinkler located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina in December 2007. In June 2010, Mr. Stokes opened the Law Office of Joshua P. Stokes, LLC. In September 2011, Mr. Stokes and Peter M. McCoy, Jr. merged their individual practices to form McCoy & Stokes, LLC. Upon Mr. McCoy’s appointment as the U.S. Attorney for South Carolina, McCoy & Stokes was dissolved and Mr. Stokes opened Stokes Legal, LLC which is located on James Island, South Carolina but represents clients throughout the Lowcountry. Mr. Stokes is admitted to practice in all state courts in South Carolina and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, and Charleston County Bar Association. Since his admission to the South Carolina Bar in 2007, Mr. Stokes has practiced extensively in the state courts of South Carolina from municipal courts and circuit courts across the state to the South Carolina Court of Appeals as well as the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Mr. Stokes is originally from Anderson, South Carolina, but he has lived in Charleston since 2004. He and his wife, Robyn, reside on James Island with their five children.

Patrick Aulton Chisum is a partner at Gruenloh Law Firm where he handles many different kinds of cases including: Personal injury Criminal defense Magistrate & probate court matters He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2007 and the Charleston School of Law in 2012. During law school, Patrick worked for the Georgetown County Public Defenders office, SCDHEC Ocean Coastal Resource Management and was a volunteer Guardian ad Litem. Prior to law school, he worked as an Estate Clerk for the Honorable Judge Amy McCulloch in the Richland County Probate Court. Patrick has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. He was also named as a 2014 South Carolina’s Outstanding Young Lawyers and Top 10 Under 40 by the Nationa Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
