Mr. Sadic is a civil litigation attorney who primarily represents individuals and small businesses in property and business-related matters. His career as a lawyer started in 2012 in the City of Chicago Law Department. At the City, Mr. Sadic worked on prosecuting property violations and lien claims under the municipal code and state law. After he spent almost three years at the City, he moved into private practice. He spent more than four years in private practice representing large financial institutions in state and federal court. During his career, Mr. Sadic has acquired extensive experience in every stage of litigation, from complaint filing through trying a case. Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I was appointed as lead counsel to try a case involving federal regulations governing loan modification options for consumer debt. I was not the leading attorney before the start of the trial. I had less than a week to prepare and organize all documents, prepare witnesses, and to catch up on the matter up to that point. We prevailed after the trial.

How did you build a successful practice?

The goal is to form long-lasting relationships with clients and to provide cost-efficient representation with full transparency.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

The lawyer should be able to able to effectively communicate, explain legal issues in plain language, be responsive to client's needs, and provide quality cost-efficient service.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Being familiar with the venue and local attorneys and judges has little impact on outcome of any case.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I can help a prospective client categorize its matter, point out potential issues, and strengths and weaknesses its case may have, based on prior experience.

The information I inquire about in an initial conversation is based on what I call the five Ws: who, when, what, where, and why.

My firm's capability to understand and effectively communicate with a wide array of different clients, specifically, from south eastern Europe and south east Asia.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Solving another's persons problem who thinks that the problem they're facing must be the biggest problem at that time.

Studying foreign languages, playing sports, reading, and investing money.
