About Myisha
Myisha Lacey-Tilson graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance. She was the recipient of an Outstanding Achievement Scholarship. After college, she completed her legal studies at American University's Washington College of Law, where she served on the staff of the American International Law Review. While attending law school, she interned at Delaware County Legal Assistance and in the litigation department of the U.S. Small Business Administration.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Lacey-Tilson worked at the Philadelphia law firm of Atkins & Cohen, P.C., where she concentrated in defending lawsuits against self-insured clients for personal injury and premises liability claims. Ms. Lacey-Tilson has participated in trying several cases to verdict and regularly appears in Federal and State Courts.
Ms. Lacey-Tilson joined McDonnell & Associates in March 2006. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Lacey-Tilson is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and its Minority and Women in the Profession Committees. She is also a member of the American Bar Association.
