Removed defamatory website that falsely accused prominent real estate developer of fraudulent acts and bad faith business practices. Obtained temporary restraining order and injunctive relief on behalf of wrongfully accused student facing sexual assault charges. Obtained monetary civil judgments and executed on said judgments on behalf of more than 100 clients. Identified a medical practitioner’s anonymous competitor who published false online reviews; as a result of ensuing litigation, client was awarded damages for defamation. Removed an embarrassing criminal charge against an executive that was published on a local news website. Removed false and defamatory Glassdoor.com review by terminated employee of a large company. Identified anonymous publishers of false online reviews for numerous clients. Removed fake negative reviews on Yelp, Google, Yahoo and Facebook for a wide variety of clients, including a dentist, physician, personal training studio, medical spa, property management company, and smart phone application company. Successfully stopped dissemination of bogus sexual harassment claim and extortion attempt of an business executive by an individual he met online. Obtained settlement on behalf of multi-million-dollar corporate client in complex defamation litigation.
