When I began a solo practice in 2011, I chose to keep things small to give each of my clients the attention they deserve. I am able to provide in-depth, personal service to each person I work for, while also providing a realistic perspective on their legal situations.
Clients are often relieved to find that their matters are not as difficult as they had feared once I am able to provide them answers and direction. Sometimes, though, clients do present issues that are difficult legally and factually. Even when I have to deliver unpleasant or surprising news, my clients are confident that I have thoroughly listened to them, that I have fully researched any obscure legal issues, and that I have reached out to all possible resources to ensure they will obtain the best possible result in their case.
Thoroughness and the care I bring to each case is the key to my high-quality representation. Successes are had against self-represented opposing parties, against one or more other attorneys, and in cases with no opposing party at all. My clients find the advice I provide them highly effective whether they visit me once for a consultation or whether they must appear in court to resolve their matter.
