As an early adopter of the collaborative law process, Nancy 's practice offers an alternative that allows people to reach agreements outside the courtroom.

Nancy graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 1986 receiving a BBA in Management. She then attended law school at Oklahoma City University and received her J.D. in 1991. Following law school, Nancy worked as an enforcement attorney for the Railroad Commission of Texas in Austin, Texas. Nancy moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 2002 and worked in private practice for Gardner, Aldrich & Murphy, LLC in Fort Worth. She left the firm in 2004 to start her own firm and has owned it ever since.

Nancy enjoys helping her clients with their legal issues. As a working single mother who has been through divorce herself, she understands what it feels like to go through the court system and she works to ensure that her client and the client's children make it through the divorce in one piece and ready to start a new future. Similarly, with her probate and estate planning clients, Nancy works to make sure that her clients have peace of mind with their end of life planning as well as handling their loved one's estate through the probate process. She never loses sight of the fact that whether or not it is a divorce, probate or estate planning matter, emotions undoubtedly play a part in all of the process.
