About Natalia
Natalia Shishkin is an experienced employment law attorney. She advises employees on a wide variety of employment law issues and represents them in negotiation, mediation, litigation, and administrative hearings.
Prior to joining the Nirenberg Law Firm, she was an associate at Resnick and Nirenberg, P.C., where she exclusively practiced employment law.
As a recipient of the Deborah Poritz Public Interest Legal Fellowship, Ms. Shishkin researched, analyzed, and wrote on labor and employment law issues for the Legal Services of New Jersey. She also worked for Rutgers Constitutional Litigation Clinic, where she represented employees in mediation of their employment discrimination claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Ms. Shishkin is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association of New Jersey (NELA), and the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a frequent contributor to The New Jersey Employment Law Blog, writing articles on a variety of employment law topics.
