Natalie C. Qandah, the principal member of the firm, has been licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan since 1999. During her tenure as an associate at Miller Canfield, Natalie excelled in the areas of medical malpractice defense litigation and commercial litigation. While at Miller Canfield, Natalie participated in the legal defense of IBM in the Compuware v. IBM litigation filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan along with co-counsel Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Since the opening of her firm in 2006, Natalie has focused her practice in the areas of substantive Healthcare law, Contract law, Commercial Litigation, Business law, Real Estate law and Landlord/Tenant matters. She has successfully won cases and summary disposition motions in trial courts, the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court.

Natalie has previously served as Of Counsel to The Bashore Green Law Group in Macomb County, MI in both business and bankruptcy matters. She served on the State Bar Annual Meeting Committee for five years and presently sits on the State Bar Diversity Committee, a sub-committee of the Business Law Section. Natalie is a member of the Health Law Section and the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan as well as the American Bar Association and the ABA Health Law Section. Natalie is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A., 1996) and Wayne State University Law School (J.D., 1999).
