About Natalie

Ms. Scott graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law summa cum laude and Order of the Coif.  She served as an editor for the Oregon Law Review and externed for the United States District Court in Eugene Oregon.  Since graduation, she clerked for now Chief Judge David Brewer of the Oregon Court of Appeals and has taught legal research and writing as an adjunct professor for the University of Oregon School of Law.  Ms. Scott is experienced in representing bankruptcy trustees, debtors, and creditors and has represented clients in appeals in both state and federal courts.  She served as a co-chair of the Oregon State Bar Young Lawyers Committee for the Debtor-Creditor Section and founded and chaired the Lane County Bar section for Legal Professional/Parents.  She has authored materials for Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor section presentations and has published an article in the section's newsletter.  Her practice focuses on commercial bankruptcy, litigation, and appeals.
