About Nathan
Nathan Joseph Chill was born on November 29, 1975 in Leominster, Massachusetts. Nathan was raised in Cross Lanes, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and currently resides in Poca, Putnam County, West Virginia, with his wife Meghan.
Nathan attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish in 1998. He then decided to further his education and attended the West Virginia University College of Law and graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2001.
He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. He is also admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
Nathan began his legal career in the public sector as a law clerk in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Charleston, West Virginia. While serving as a law clerk, Nathan researched and drafted judicial orders ranging the entire spectrum of civil and criminal law.
After completing his judicial clerkship, Nathan entered into the private sector to practice law as a litigator. His prior experience consists of representing individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in litigation.
Nathan joined Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe in February, 2005, and continues to represent a broad scope of corporations, individuals and insurance companies in defense litigation. Nathan won his first jury trial at the age of 32.
