About Nathan
Nathan M. Murawsky has been practicing law since 1995. He is a graduate of the Villanova University School of law where he was on the Moot Court Board, an academic honors society for advocacy, and was the recipient of the James J. Manderino award for Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Murawsky has been with Dorian Goldstein since 2003, but has practiced for the past ten years exclusively representing injured persons in personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability, liquor liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Murawsky has obtained significant settlements and verdicts in the representation of his clients, including a $1.425 million jury verdict in a slip and fall case against a major hotel chain.
Mr. Murawsky has tried numerous cases in both state and federal court in Pennsylvania, and has argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the Third Circuit and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations and has lectured in the areas of automobile and premises liability law. Mr. Murawsky is also a member of the Philadelphia Compulsory Arbitration Committee and served a three year term as an Executive Committee Member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Young Lawyer Division.
Recently named as a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics, based upon survey of 36,000 attorneys in Pennsylvania, and final selection by a blue ribbon panel of members of the Pennsylvania Bar.
Mr. Murawsky also currently serves as a School Director for the Lower Moreland Township School Board and legislative liaison to the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit.
