Attorney Nathan C. Nasser concentrates his work in personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Attorney Nasser limits his practice to civil trial advocacy on behalf of individuals injured in automobile and motorcycle collisions, construction and work related accidents, premises liability incidents and victims of medical malpractice.

• Settlement - -  medical malpractice upon a woman resulting in her paralysis - - $2,100,000.00;
• Settlement - - death of a 78 year old retired teacher killed as a pedestrian because of a defendant driver's negligence - - $950,000.00;
• Arbitration - - injury to a passenger because of a defendant driver's negligence - - offer before arbitration was $110,000.00, award was $455,000.00;
• Arbitration - - injury to a plaintiff driver because of a defendant driver's negligence - - offer before arbitration was $55,000.00, award was $315,000.00.

Attorney Nasser was admitted to the New York Bar in 1980 and the Connecticut Bar in 1982. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut (B.A. 1976, Summa Cum Laude, University Scholar) and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Columbia University School of Law (J.D. 1979, Best Brief - - Moot Court Competition - 2 years in a row). He is a member of the American Association of Justice, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association.
