We had two jury verdicts last year - One against WalMart and one against a hotel in Camden, County Georgia. The WalMart verdict was in a pharmacy malpractice case and resutled in a $330,000 verdict. That verdict has been featured in pharmacy continuing education classes in other states to help teach pharmacists how to be more careful. The verdict agains the hotel was for $1,500,000 and invovled the rape of a woman who was a guest. While the the verdict can never take away the pain our client experienced, it did go a long way in forcing the hotel to take responsibility for its actions.

We also involve the client constantly throughout the process, allowing them to be involved in every major decision. We truly understand that we work for the client, not the other way around.
