Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
In addition to being able to secure several 6 figure settlements for our clients in the last year, we have been flooded by numerous compliments from our clients over the last year telling us how happy they are with the customer service and personal attention they receive from our office.
How did you build a successful practice?
We were able to build a successful practice by providing unrelenting representation of our clients in even the most hectic situations. We have received a lot of referrals from our present and past clients. Additionally, we have been able to partner up with other lawyers to further grow our practice.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Competence, diligence, in litigation you need a ferocious advocate, someone that understands your problems and wants to help.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Very important. Developing a reputation in your local community as a tough, successful attorney is very important in obtaining valuable settlements and verdicts for your clients.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
We are able to provide the basics of the area of law that our potential client is experiencing an issue in. Additionally, we are able to provide some guidance, where necessary, for our client's next steps (whether they hire us or not). We are also willing to look at documents to evaluate the nature of the person's claim.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Basic information of the potential claim the person believes they have. If it's an injury, information about how the injury occurred, what the injuries are and if any treatment has been received yet. If it involves employment, who the employer is, what are the events that are at issue, names of witnesses, and any documents to support the claims.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
There are many law firms out there that do employment law, personal injury, and litigation. What makes us stand out is that we care about our clients. We use all of our resources to fight for our clients and obtain the best results at the lowest cost to our clients. We are not just a mill and our clients are not just another number.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
What is most rewarding is seeing our clients satisfied in that we've secured some closure for them in difficult times.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I enjoy spending time with my dog, being outdoors and active together. I love to travel the world. I really enjoy volunteering and giving back to the community.
Are you involved in your community?
In addition to being a member of numerous bar associations throughout California (such as CAALA, CELA, LACBA), I am also a member of the Trial Lawyer's Charities. Outside the legal world, I am a mentor in the big brothers big sisters of Los Angeles program, I volunteer regularly at a local food pantry for the homeless, and contribute my time and money to different organizations such as the homeless census, food on foot, and the San Fernando Mission.
