Respondent: Attorney for the respondents, Talco Insulation and Merchants Mutual. The claimant, Mark Ryan alleged that exposure to irritants at work caused his condition of chronic upper respiratory and sinus infections. After careful review of the case the appeals court finds no error and the judgment of the commissioner was affirmed.
