Tim was born and raised in Nevada and comes from a long-line of Las Vegas natives: his father was born and raised in Las Vegas in 1950 and his grandfather was born and raised in Las Vegas in 1919. Tim has tried several cases to verdict and has never lost a trial. He was also honored as the sole recipient of his graduating class with the prestigious William S. Boyd Outstanding Graduate Award which recognized scholastic achievement, overall leadership, and contributions to the law school community. He was further honored, along with only three of his peers, with the Scribes, The American Society of Legal Writers Award, which recognized excellence in legal writing while in law school. His graduating class also chose him as the representative speaker for his class to speak alongside Nevada’s Governor at graduation Prior to law school, Tim attended Dixie State University where he played baseball for four years as a catcher. He met his wife Emily at Dixie where she was a member of Dixie’s volleyball team. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife (Emily), their three boys (Mauer, Hudson, and Mays), and their daughter (Posey); coaching baseball; and serving his community through various charitable organizations and his Church. Tim is licensed to practice law in Nevada, Utah, and Washington.

With licenses in both Nevada and Utah, Peter is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was top of his class in Political Science. He earned his law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law, graduating at the top of his class on an academic scholarship. Peter brings nearly a decade of experience from working at one of the largest personal injury firms in Nevada, where he handled thousands of injury cases and achieved many jury verdicts for deserving clients. While at the Public Defender’s office, the majority of Nate’s time was spent in the courtroom, where he gained invaluable experience as a trial lawyer. Nate left the Public Defender’s office to reunite with Mike and Tim to add his unique blend of experience to be a powerful advocate to those who have been injured. Nate received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Year in and year out, UVA is ranked as a top ten law school by U.S News & World Report. While attending law school, Nate completed an externship with the Honorable Chief Judge Gloria Navarro of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Prior to attending law school, Nate graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University. Nate’s experience working for large corporations and insurance companies and the indigent at the Public Defender’s Office, has brought him to the realization that his passion is helping those who cannot help themselves. He understands that being a lawyer is a great responsibility and privilege. He prides himself on serving his clients to the very best of his abilities. In his free time, Nate loves to be with his wife, Jan, and their four children, Elin, Will, Jude, and Eva. He also enjoys a round of golf and a good book. Nate is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada.
