Mr. Bosin is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers Law School, and holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law. He was a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in the New York Regional Office, and an associate at Carpenter Bennett & Morrissey in Newark, New Jersey. He was also Associate General Counsel of the Curtiss-Wright Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company, where he was primarily responsible for employment and corporate matters.As an undergraduate he attended Rutgers College on an academic scholarship and was a Dean's List student and President of the Senior Class. Mr. Bosin also won a state championship in debating. At law school he was a member of the International Law Moot Court Team, and Research Assistant to Professor Ruth B. Ginsburg, now of the United States Supreme Court.He is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey, New York and California and the United States District Court for District of New Jersey, and the Southern & Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Bosin is also admitted to practice law in the Courts of Appeal in the Second and Third Circuits. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Bergen County Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Bosin is also a member of the Federal Bar Association.  In May 2008 he became a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Douglas S. Schwartz, formerly of the Union County Prosecutor's Office, joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1999, when the name of the firm was changed to Sisselman & Schwartz, LLP. Alex Kemeny is the managing member of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. He oversees the firm's operation to ensure that client goals are pursued effectively and efficiently. Carmel J. Decker is a Partner with Harwood Lloyd, practicing in its Insurance Defense Litigation and Commercial Litigation Departments. Ms. Decker concentrates her practice in employment law, civil rights violations, construction law, corporate and contract law and insurance law. Ms. Decker’s employment law practice includes complex litigation in state and federal courts involving wrongful termination, sexual harassment/hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, corporate and business law, common-law claims, ERISA, CEPA, the New Jersey Law against Discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, hiring practices, restrictive covenants, employee handbooks and workplace torts. I live in a great community in New Jersey, where I am actively involved in my community. My wife and I met in high school, went to college together, have been married for over 25 years, and plan to grow old together. We have three beautiful daughters who, as I accept, run my life! I have held several local positions in my town, always staying involved to help others, such as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary club, I have spent time as a baseball, softball, basketball and soccer coach, a member of the YMCA Board and Soccer Club Board.
