He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the New Jersey District Court Bar. He is a member of the Executive Family Law Committee of the Morris County and Essex County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and a member of District X Ethics Committee, Morris/Susex County Vicinage. Mr. Tomaio has served as a panelist for the Morris County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Mediation Program and has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Guardian Ad Litem, to protect the interests of minors during matrimonial litigation. Mr. Tomaio is the only New Jersey Divorce attorney to be approved and recommended by the New Jersey Firefighter’s Mutual Benevolent Association.

Carl G. Zoecklein, graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 1989, passed the New Jersey Bar in 1990 and became a licensed Attorney in the State of New Jersey. He has maintained his own law office as a solo practitioner since that time, having had offices at 688 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ; 642 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ; and 737 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ where his current practice has been located since 2002. Zoecklein, was continuously employed by the City of Clifton, New Jersey, as a Police Officer, from June 2, 1975 to April 30, 2002, in various assignments and ranks. While so employed, he attended many specialized law enforcement training courses which focused upon the enforcement of Narcotics Laws as well as other areas of investigation. In addition to classroom type education, he also received "hands on" type job experience and training while so employed by the City of Clifton while working with other police agencies to include: The New Jersey State Police Narcotic Units; The New Jersey Attorney Generals Office; The Passaic County Prosecutors Office Narcotic Task Force; The Bergen County Narcotic Task Force; The Essex County Prosecutor's Office Organized Crime Unit, The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Organized Crime Unit, The Passaic County Prosecutors' Office Organized Crime unit, The Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (D.E.A.); as well as local area narcotic units, to include primarily the Cities of Garfield, Paterson and Passaic.

I started Pappas & Richardson, LLC in 1998 with my good friend, Jay Richardson. We have grown into a very successful law firm and our latest success is the Hercules Law Group (HLG). We handle areas of general litigation, criminal defense and business law. We strive to do a thorough job for clients and do whatever we can to get the best possible results. For over 25 years, Stephen Matarazzo has helped workers pursue redress of grievances and bring workers compensation cases to a successful closure in New Jersey. He’s been an ally of working people for a quarter of a century. Stephen became an attorney to make a difference in client’s lives. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree, is admitted to the Bar for the State of New Jersey, and brings a thorough understanding of local real estate law to every transaction. He also holds a New Jersey Title Producer License and serves as a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey, allowing for seamless handling of documents and title-related matters.

Marisa A. Corvisiero, Esq. founded the Corvisiero Law Firm in 2009. Since then she has achieved incredible success and growth in several practice areas bringing in counsel and staff to continue on its high speed trajectory. She has also earned Pace University School of Law's prestigious International Law Certificate for her studies in International Law.
