Tucker C. Stanclift was born and raised in Lake Placid, N.Y. Tucker played ice hockey there and graduated from Lake Placid Central School in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University and earned a law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.
