About Nicholas
Nicholas Bender is an associate with the firm practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, construction litigation, and appeals. Mr. Bender earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he graduated with distinction in 2009. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University, graduating cum laude in 2006.
While in law school, Mr. Bender participated on various moot court competition teams, including a First Amendment team that produced one of the highest-ranked appellate briefs about professorial academic freedom in the Washington D.C.-based competition. For his involvement in advocacy-related activities, Mr. Bender was inducted into the Order of Solicitors. He was also a member of the American Indian Law Review and was President of the Oklahoma International Law Society.
Mr. Bender is admitted to practice in Arizona.
