Criminal Defense | All charges dropped, case dismissed | In this Jefferson Parish case, the defendant was charged with 3 serious felonies: Felon in possession of a firearm; possession of a controlled dangerous substance; and the possession of a controlled dangerous substance while in possession of a firearm. As a result of Mr. Lindner's work and representation, the District Attorney's office dismissed all three charges, and Mr. Smith's liberty was restored. Criminal Defense | Case dismissed, all charges dropped | Mr. Burns faced several drug-related felony charges in Plaquemines Parish, including possession with intent to distribute (PWIT) cocaine and marijuana. Through Mr. Lindner's work and representation, the case against Mr. Burns was dismissed in its entirety.
