Mr. Gunn's practice includes commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment litigation.
Professional Qualifications
Mr. Gunn is a member of DRI, the Washington State Bar, the King County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Gunn is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court (W.D. Washington 2006, E.D. Washington 2008). Mr. Gunn received his J.D., from Northeastern University School of Law in 2005. During law school Mr. Gunn was a judicial clerk for Judge Singleton in the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and externed at the Washington Attorney General's Office, Seattle City Attorney, and for the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Gunn received a degree in economics from the University of Washington in 2001.
Community and Civic Activities
During law school Mr. Gunn participated in a project advising a community organization on low-income housing issues in the Grove Hall neighborhood of Boston. Mr. Gunn has also performed pro bono legal work through WAACO and is a member of the American Alpine Club, the Washington Climbers Coalition, and the Fremont Neighborhood Council.
