About Nickolas
Nickolas K Hannawa is a successful attorney who has been practicing law in Michigan since 2014. He is also a business and property owner, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. His strong ethical beliefs and commitments to the community are traits he uses every day in all his endeavors. Nickolas was born and raised in Oakland County, Michigan where he now resides with his wife Shannon and son Kingston. He attended high school at Orchard Lake St. Mary's and went on to attend undergraduate at the University of Detroit Mercy College where he obtained his bachelors degree in Political Science and Pre-Law. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2013 and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2014.
Mr. Hannawa, while in law school, spent time as an extern for the Macomb County Prosecutors office where he developed a passion for criminal law. It was there that he realized many offenders were good people who may or may not have committed a crime, but none the less deserved a fair chance at fighting the legal system. In fact, it was through that experience that Mr. Hannawa earned a passion to help clients as if they were his own family and its this passion to help clients succeed which has led him to where he is today. His objective is to help people navigate difficult situations by providing effective, affordable, and knowledgable legal advice to his clients.
Mr. Hannawa is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Chaldean American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Sheriffs Advisory Council for Oakland County and the Marijuana Law Section for the State Bar.
Now, through his firm Hannawa Hirmiz Law PLLC, he is able to provide a wide range of legal services to those in need.
