About Nicole
Attorney Nicole A. Bennett is a partner at Tauber Westland & Bennett P.C.
Nicole Bennett's practice consists of Criminal Law, Family Law, Litigation, and Personal Injury.
In 1994, Nicole graduated cum laude from Alma College, in Alma, Michigan with a B.A. in History and Political Science. She went on to graduate with her J.D. at Indiana's Valparaiso University School of Law in August, 1997.
In 1998, Nicole was admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern District of Indiana.
Upon finishing her J.D., Nicole joined the Indiana State Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association. Before joining the Firm, Nicole was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Office of the Lake County Prosecuting Attorney from 1998-2004.
Nicole was born in Lansing, Michigan in 1973 and is the mother of two children, Alec and Rebeka. She finds great pleasure in being involved in her children's extracurricular activities, which includes watching their baseball and soccer games. Nicole also enjoys many outdoor activities, reading, traveling and spending time with her family in Michigan.
