About Nicole

Nicole Griffin Farrell is an associate in the Litigation department, where she concentrates her practice on general commercial litigation, intellectual property, employment and product liability.  Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Stephen H. Anderson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to the Hon. Carolyn B. McHugh of the Utah Court of Appeals.

 

Ms. Farrell graduated magna cum laude from Utah State University with a B.S. degree in print journalism and a minor in women's studies. She attended the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah .  During law school, she was editor-in-chief of the Utah Law Review and was elected to Order of the Coif.  Ms. Farrell was also named a William H. Leary Scholar, received the Roger and Madeline Traynor Scholarship for Excellence in Legal Writing and was awarded the best brief designation in the Traynor Moot Court competition.  She was also awarded for achieving the highest grade in Legal Methods, Family Law, Environmental Law and Business, Constitutional Law II and Media Law.  She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2004.
