Mr. Preponis earned his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams Law School in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from SUNY StonyBrook in 1998. Mr. Preponis regularly appears in New York Housing Court handling residential and commercial holdover proceedings. Since joining the firm Mr. Preponis has worked exclusively in the firm's litigation department in handling landlord-tenant litigation issues involving non-primary residence, nuisance, illegal subletting and other lease violations.
Mr. Preponis is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and New York County Lawyer's Association. He is admitted to practice in New York State.
