About Nile
Nile was born and raised in Knoxville, Iowa, graduating at the top of his class from Knoxville Community High School in 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts in 2004, graduating with distinction. Nile then went on to attend The University of Iowa Law School, earning his law degree in 2007, with distinction.
While in law school, Nile was a law clerk for the Beattie Law Firm. During this time, Nile learned the importance of fighting hard and diligently for the injured person.
Since becoming a member of the bar and entering the practice of law in 2007, Nile has represented numerous clients in pursuit of justice through the legal system. He has obtained numerous fair, just, and reasonable verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. While working under the guidance of Don Beattie, Nile has also played an important role in obtaining numerous million dollar or more verdicts and settlements for clients of the Beattie Law Firm.
For all of his clients, Nile strives to put forth his best effort to protect their rights. He feels that effective communication is the key to his success, whether it be communicating with his clients or a jury. He is always willing to answer any questions you may have about your claim, the legal process, or anything else concerning your legal rights.
Nile's practice covers a wide spectrum. As a litigator, Nile primarily focuses on motor vehicle accidents (including car, motorcycle, bicycle, pedestrian, semis, etc.), product liability (including defective products causing injury by way of a lack of adequate warning, defective manufacturing process, or defective design), premises liability (including dangerous conditions on a premise causing injury such as a fall), catastrophic injury cases (including gas explosions, electrocutions, farm accidents, industrial accidents, etc.), insurance bad faith, and general negligence.
In his free time, Nile enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
