About Nina

Ms. Marano is an Ivy League educated attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit and a love of the arts. Ms. Marano opened her first business at 15 years of age and continues to be actively engaged in the business community. While at Columbia University, Ms. Marano co-founded L’Atelier-a French Performance Troupe, a student organization that boasted members of both Barnard College and Columbia University.

After obtaining her Juris Doctor, Ms. Marano began her legal career as a solo practitioner with a general practice that included immigration, real property transactions, landlord-tenant matters and civil and criminal litigation, SSDI and bankruptcy.  Ms. Marano currently practices in the areas of complex lease buy-back transactions, real estate, and corporate law.
