Mr. Patel’s passion for protecting injured clients stems from childhood when his grandma was tragically mauled by a neighbor’s dog. My Grandma, a once strong and fearless woman, became scared and fragile and would not leave the house. Our neighbor did not even apologize and faces no consequences. Since then, Mr. Patel developed a passion for sticking up for the little guy, people just like his grandma, and protecting their rights.

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
We helped a transient staying in a adult care center obtain a settlement against the facility because she was raped by one of their certified nursing assistants. Subsequently, the facility overhauled security and training.
How did you build a successful practice?
Being reliable and available to clients. Most firms have clients speaking to assistants. Some clients at firms never speak to an attorney at all. At my firm, you only speak to me.

Reliability, intelligence, integrity, professionalism and aggressiveness.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Immensely. Client ask basic questions so knowing local court rules and the demographics helps to evaluation a case from the beginning.
