About Noah

Noah Lerman focuses his practice in intellectual property with an emphasis on patent law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lerman was an associate at another international law firm. Mr. Lerman has experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation, opinion drafting, infringement analysis and international trade compliance. His prosecution experience extends to both domestic and foreign patent applications and spans across a variety of technical areas, including computer hardware and software, electronics, signal processing, e-commerce, business methods, telecommunications, mechanical devices and engine systems and components.

During law school, Mr. Lerman interned for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the Hon. James Teilborg at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

Prior to pursuing law, Mr. Lerman was an engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems, an operating division of Raytheon Company that designs, develops and produces missile systems for the United States and allied forces. While at Raytheon, he researched and developed artificial intelligence algorithms and developed software for target recognition in missile defense systems.  During his undergraduate career, Mr. Lerman was an engineer at IBM and a research fellow at NASA’s Arizona Remote Sensing Lab.

Mr. Lerman received his J.D., cum laude, from The George Washington University Law School in 2011. He received his B.S. in electrical engineering, magna cum laude, from University of Arizona, Honors College, in 2006.
