About Noel
Noel C. Crowley has argued before the United States Supreme Court and other federal and state appellate courts. Crowley launched his practice in Morristown, New Jersey 20 years ago. Prior to establishing his own firm, he was a partner with Bressler, Amery & Ross with offices in New York City and Morristown.
For 15 years he served as Assistant General Counsel for Allied Signal Inc. (now Honeywell International) and its predecessor Bendix Corporation, handling selected lawsuits and antitrust and trade regulation matters. He has handled numerous jury and non-jury lawsuits involving general commercial disputes, employment (including ERISA) litigation, antitrust law, securities law, product liability claims and claims involving trade secrets and copyrights.
Crowley earned his law degree at the University of Virginia where he served as editor of the Virginia Law Review. Rated "a.v" by Martindale-Hubbell.
