oel has more than 30 years of experience in personal injury law, with extensive work in both insurance defense and plaintiff litigation. As a lead trial attorney, he has handled a wide variety of cases, applying the perspective he gained from years working closely with insurance companies. That dual insight allows him to anticipate the defense’s strategies and develop effective approaches for his clients.

Originally from a small town in Kansas, Noel earned his undergraduate degree at Pittsburg State University before attending Tulane Law School in New Orleans. After spending time in Louisiana, including the year following Hurricane Katrina, he moved to the Washington, D.C. area, where he has built his career ever since.

Outside the office, Noel is an avid tennis and golf player and a passionate supporter of Kansas sports, especially the Kansas Jayhawks.
