Emily was born and raised in Miller City, Ohio, where she graduated from High School in 2019. Emily attended the University of Toledo, where she earned her degree in Paralegal Studies. Emily then attended the University of Toledo College of Law. During law school, Emily was a part of the Public Interest Law Association, where she served as Co-President. While attending school full-time, she began to work at Boyk Law as a law clerk. In addition to her Law School and Boyk Law commitments, she was an associate member of the University of Toledo’s Law Review. Emily earned her Juris Doctorate in May 2025 and later passed the July 2025 Ohio Bar Exam.
