I began practicing law in 1982, when I served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gilbert Bettman of the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County. In that position, I learned first- hand how the courts are run, how judges handle cases, and I worked closely with courthouse personnel. This experience helped me mesh law school training with the operation of the courts. With this background, I am able to educate and assist you in court proceedings. Following my clerkship, I went into private practice, first with a small firm and then in my own practice.
