Olivia Gonsior | Spokane Divorce & Family Lawyer

Olivia Gonsior is an Associate Attorney at Twyford Law Office, where she focuses her practice on divorce and family law. She began her journey with the firm as an intern, quickly distinguishing herself through her dedication and aptitude before transitioning into her current role.

Olivia is a thoughtful and effective advocate, both in and outside of the courtroom. She is committed to a solution-oriented approach, working collaboratively with clients to understand their priorities and achieve meaningful, lasting results.  Olivia is attentive to the emotional complexities of family law matters while remaining steadfast in protecting her clients’ best interests. She strives to resolve disputes efficiently and constructively, but when litigation becomes necessary, she is fully prepared to advocate with strength and precision. She has grown to be recognized as a well respected member of the bar.

While in law school, Olivia built a strong foundation in family law through her work with the YWCA. She also gained valuable experience in legal ethics as an intern with the Washington State Bar Association’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel. Additionally, she externed for the Honorable Judge Michelle Szambelan, where she further developed her legal research, writing, and courtroom insight.

Olivia earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga School of Law in 2024. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development, with a minor in Public Health, from the University of Minnesota. Olivia is admitted to practice in Washington State and is an active member of the Spokane Bar Association. She also serves on the Spokane New Attorneys Division Board of Trustees.
