Michael is especially proud of his participation in rescuing wallabies in New Zealand which were under a kill order by the government. Gregory Paul Oliveros was born and raised in the Portland area. After graduating from the Oregon College of Education in 1973, he taught in the Portland Public Schools. In 1981, he left the classroom to become an administrator with the School District. He was a specialist in the Staff Development Community Relations Office and was later an assistant to the principal of Humboldt Elementary School. Mr. Oliveros earned 2 Masters degrees in Education from Portland State University in 1981 and 1982, then went on to attend law school and graduated in 1990 at age 40.In the early part of his career, Mr. Oliveros had a sole practice. In 1996, Michael D. O'Brien was an associate to his former firm, and became his partner in 2000, now known as Oliveros & O'Brien, P.C.Mr. Oliveros has three daughters and three granddaughters. Mr. Oliveros and his wife, Gina enjoys taking short trips with his time away from the office. Mr. Oliveros is active in his church, Christ the King, and on occasion, enjoys playing a friendly game of poker.In addition to Mr. Oliveros' criminal practice, he works in the domestic relations area. The law firm of Oliveros & O'Brien has a significant practice in bankruptcy. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Burke worked as an editor and reporter in the newspaper business before immigrating to Portland by following the Oregon Trail in the mid-2000s. While not practicing law, Brendan enjoys golf, pub trivia, comedy, reading and rooting for the Denver Broncos!

Attorney At Law Attorney Joshua V. Callahan founded The Callahan Law Office in his home state of Oregon in 2014. Since then he has helped numerous clients in the Lake Oswego and Portland areas successfully attain the maximum compensation they deserve following motor vehicle, medical malpractice, and other accidents. While completing his formal education, and before opening his own practice, Joshua started a business providing trial support services as a consultant and technical expert. My practice is in a medium-sized Oregon town but my firm handles cases all over the state of Oregon regarding various types of litigation, in both Federal and State courts. Joseph L. Haley, Attorney at Law Associate Attorney Joseph (“Joe”) Haley was born in Marietta, Ga. Joseph’s entire adult working life was devoted to the practice of law, culminating with over 20 years at the Texas Attorney General serving the needs of Texas children. Joseph has a deep passion for serving the legal needs of those unable to help themselves. Educational Background: • Vanderbilt University; B.A. in Political Science and Business Administration. • SMU Dedman School of Law; and first passed the bar in the State of Texas in 1979. He is still licensed in Texas on retired status and admitted in northern, southern & western districts of Texas & US Court of claims. Mr. Haley moved to Oregon for love. Barry was born and raised in Flint, Michigan and is a first-generation college graduate beating his niece by a mere two years. Barry moved to Oregon in 1999 and save three years to attend law school in Lansing, Michigan has been here since. Prior to becoming a lawyer Barry had a multitude of occupations including being a Pre-School teacher, a political organizer and a chef. While not practicing law, Barry loves to spend time with his wife Amy, two sons Meshach and Everett and their husky Rue. He also is and avid hiker, backpacker, snowboarder, plays ice hockey and is a die-hard Detroit Red Wings fan.

Attorney Brian S. Ruff comes to Clark Law and Associates with over 20 years of experience in personal injury law.  He graduated from Willamette University College of Law, where he was the Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, and became an attorney in 1998.  However, Brian has worked in the legal industry since 1993. Brian has been guiding injury victims through the complicated maze of the claims process, fighting for their right to recover compensation from the country’s largest insurers, for most of his career. Early on, he spent five years as an insurance defense lawyer and brings with him the unique behind-the-scenes experience that came with it. Brian and his wife have two children and own a home in Clackamas County.  In his free time, Brian enjoys photography and astronomy.  He is also a Portland Timbers season ticket holder and a vocal member of the Timbers Army.
