Orlando Attorney Gwen J. Cryer has been representing clients throughout the Central Florida area since 2003. Attorney Quattrochi attended Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Quattrochi is a Connecticut native growing up in and around New York City. His legal career began in New York City as a Corporate Paralegal specializing in large-scale financial transactions. In 2011, Attorney Quattrochi founded the T.J. Pramer Scholarship Fund with Wilton High School. During Law School, Attorney Quattrochi worked as a Personal Injury Paralegal, handling pre-litigation case management duties for a local Personal Injury law firm. As a paralegal, he created and managed the Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) department. Upon graduation, Attorney Quattrochi was already well versed in 1st and 3rd party Insurance disputes, having handled Personal Injury and Contractual disputes from intake through trial. Attorney Quattrochi has developed a knack for civil litigation, his focus and passion for justice is corroborated by countless satisfied clients.

In a nutshell, my passion has always been in public service. At the age of 18 I was working my first job as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for the City of New Chicago, Indiana. I was only on the job for 6 months, when I was in the back of an ambulance delivering a baby. I went on to become a police officer in New Chicago; and after battling frost bite for a few years, I accepted a position as Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. During my time there I was assigned to the Patrol Division, Fugitive Division and Tourist Policing Division; I received numerous awards and honors, which I am very proud of today. I met a young woman recently at a hospital where a careless driver caused her to lose her unborn baby. The careless driver was clearly at fault, the insurance company for the careless driver never offered an apology or offered money to help with any medical bills. They only called and asked permission to inspect her car to make sure she was somehow not at fault for the accident. I met a husband and wife not long ago who were badly injured in a car accident. Their car was totaled and they were both out of work. The insurance company refused to pay for a rental car even though the accident was clearly not their fault. I talk with mothers and fathers, nurses and teachers, construction workers and police officers, people from all walks of life everyday who have been injured at no fault of their own– people who are looking for justice, fairness and help for the challenges they face each day after an accident. In each of these conversations I’m reminded why I became a trial attorney: Everyday injury and accident victims need and deserve a champion, and I would be honored to be that champion for you!

Mitch Chubb is a native of Central Florida. The son of a pastor and teacher, he was raised in a family whose focus was serving others and helping those in need. Kelly Forst has been an attorney in New York since 2000. Since that time, she has helped hundreds of clients navigate their separations and marriage dissolutions, and has also represented hundreds of children in divorce, custody and other matters. Over the last two decades, her practice's core principles in family law have been peacemaking and problem solving. She was the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA) from 2012–2014 and has served on numerous Boards and Committees of various professional organizations, including the MCBA, CLARA (Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area) and the New York Chapter of AFCC (Association of Family & Conciliation Courts). Ms. Forst was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 2016 and was trained in tax preparation and planning in 2015. Ms. Forst prepares individual state and federal income tax returns, and her ability to recognize and understand the tax implications of a variety of issues in divorce adds value to her services. In 2019, her leadership and dedication to Collaborative Practice was recognized when she was selected by the Collaborative Law Association of Central Florida to represent the organization at the statewide Leadership Institute. She is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company through the Lawyer’s Fund in Florida and has nearly 30 years of experience as a real estate professional, including five years as a real estate agent, ten years as a real estate paralegal and over twenty years representing clients in the purchase and sale of real property and in real estate litigation matters.
