Lisa Figueroa is the founding attorney of the Figueroa Law Firm. Mrs. Figueroa concentrates her practice in the area of litigation. Lisa is admitted to practice law before the state Bar of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. While in law school, Lisa Figueroa was actively involved in several civil minded organizations, all promoting those ideals that fuel her desire to practice law. Lisa was Vice-Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, board member of the Public Interest Law Student Association, active member of the American Civil Liberties Union, and the Spanish American Law Student Association. During her time in law school, she received the honor of a Book Award for receiving the top grade in Law & Public Opinion. Lisa was also chosen to be a member of the Journal for Transnational Law and Policy After graduating from law school and upon passing the bar, Lisa was hired by the Ninth Circuit's Office of the Public Defender. She obtained the highest number of trials during that time span among her starting class and had an exceptionally high level of success in those trials for her clients. Upon her acceptance of the prestigious Dean’s Merit Scholarship, Tiffany returned to her hometown and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, School of Law. While at the University of Miami, Tiffany had the distinguished honor of clerking for the Honorable Judge Maxine Cohen Lando, United States Judge, for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court. She was a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida and participated in the University of Miami’s Capital Defense Project through which she represented individuals convicted of capital offenses. As a student in the Litigation Skills Clinical Program, she was awarded the Honorable Theodore Klein Endowed Scholarship for ability and excellence in oral and written advocacy and a commitment to public service. Prior to joining the DeWitt Law Firm, P.A. Tiffany began her legal career at a full service firm in Maitland and concentrated her practice in the area of mortgage foreclosure defense, criminal defense, family and domestic law, and general civil litigation. Tiffany is a member of the University of Central Florida and University of Miami, School of Law Alumni Chapters as well as the Orange County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, family and adorable puppy.

Joel L. Piedra is a senior associate and manager of The Pendas law Firm Orlando office. He joined The Pendas Law Firm in 2009. Albert Yonfa Jr. began his carrier as a defense attorney for large insurance carriers. After learning how insurance companies evaluated and defended cases, he took that knowledge and experience to the plaintiff’s side. He has a philosophy of having close engagement with clients and a desire to provide more personalized service. Jonathan Foster is a Florida native who grew up in Orlando, Florida. Prior to law school, Jonathan attended the University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Jonathan served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Jonathan worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. Jonathan then went on to work for a nationally known medical malpractice/nursing home defense law firm, defending for some of the largest medical companies in the United States. Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time, however, receives the most joy by serving members of his community.
