About Oscar
Oscar has been a member of the Milton and Pace communities his whole life. He graduated from Pace High School in 1997. He went on to further his studies at Harding University, a liberal arts university located in Searcy, Arkansas and affiliated with the churches of Christ. Oscar received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Harding University in 2001. He then attended The Florida State University College of Law, earning his juris doctor in 2005. Oscar married Sheena Patrick of Jay, Florida in 2005. They have two daughters. Outside of work, Oscar spends his time with his family and is an avid sportsman and hobby farmer.
