Born in Nebraska, Attorney Carrie M. Wilcox moved to Arizona and ultimately became the founding partner of the Law Office of Carrie M. Wilcox. Ms. Wilcox graduated from the University of Arizona in 1992 with a B.S. degree in both Political Science and English. Ms. Wilcox graduated from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law in 1995, graduating in the top 1/3 of her class. In 2006, Ms. Wilcox was selected as one of only ten Phoenix Attorneys named as an Arizona Leading Lawyer by the Phoenix Business Journal. Ms. Wilcox has also handled several pro bono matters for the National Center for Missing and Exploited children, focusing primarily on international custody disputes. Admitted to practice in the Arizona state courts and federal district court, Ms. Wilcox practices primarily in the area of family law, including divorce, custody, support, paternity, spousal maintenance and juvenile matters.

Erin Leary has been licensed in Nebraska since 1984, and in Arizona since 2000. She has over 30 years of experience in probate law. She attended Colorado State University for undergrad with a major in Journalism, and attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. She became licensed in Nebraska by motion (reciprocity) in 1984 after passing the Arkansas bar, and became licensed in Arizona in 2000 after passing the Arizona bar.
