About Parsa
Parsa was born and raised in Spring, Texas. From an early age, he began working for his family’s restaurant business, which made him appreciate and understand the value of hard work coupled with the necessity to work with others as a team to run a successful business. He realized that each team member plays an intricate part of keeping the ship afloat, and without the proper experience and training, it is almost impossible to maintain a profitable and successful business.
All throughout high school and college, he juggled both running the family business as well as handling his studies. Parsa attended the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. During his tenure at the University of Houston, he realized that philosophy had opened up an avenue for him to enter the legal field. Having attended multiple ethical, logical, and legal philosophical courses, he fell in love with the aspect of using the law to help those in need.
After his tenure at the University of Houston, Parsa attended South Texas College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate. While attending South Texas College of Law, he worked for a National Bank’s legal team helping with a variety of banking issues, ranging from real estate, federal laws, a variety of different state’s laws, employment, and a multitude of other issues involving corporate counseling.
Not only did he gain priceless experience in the corporate banking realm, Parsa also worked for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office for the entirety of his final year of law school. Being able to work with a vast array of Prosecutors, in a wide variety of Courts, Parsa was able to learn how some of the best Prosecutors handle an extensive case load while serving justice ethically and morally. At the District Attorney’s Office, Parsa also worked as the Pre-Trial Diversion Intern, which involved handling and assessing DWI, DUI, and Minor in Possession of Marijuana cases so that the Prosecutor’s could make the necessary decisions for Defendant’s criminal misdemeanor cases.
Currently, Parsa has been involved in the Health Law field, having experience acting as outside general counsel for an ever growing and successful Urgent Care Center in Texas. He has helped the Urgent Care Center in employment issues, business and corporate laws, real estate transactions, HIPPA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback laws, as well as compliance and risk management.
In his free time, Parsa enjoys watching movies, traveling, collecting an excessive amount of sneakers, and spending time with family and friends. He is also a huge Houston Rockets and Texans fan.
