He is a graduate of Grambling State University, (B.S. 1997), The Southern University Law Center (J.D. 2000) and the Tulane University School of Law, (LL.M. 2001). He began his legal career as an associate at a small Plaintiff oriented personal injury firm in New Orleans, Louisiana. where he has been licensed to practice law since he was sworn in October 2000.
