About Patric

Patric is originally from Indiana, but has lived in Florida since 1982. He graduated from Stetson University with his Bachelor's degree with a major in communication studies and theater arts and a minor in political science. He attended two years of graduate school at Florida State University with focus in speech and debate (he was an assistant coach to their debate team) before deciding to attend law school. He began law school at University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. After his first two years, he transferred to Nova Southeastern University Law Center in Davie, Florida where he graduated in 1997.

Patric is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Broward Bar Association. He is also a member of Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. While in law school, Patric was an intern with the Broward County Public Defender's Office as well as the Federal Public Defender in Broward County.

Patric has been in private practice focusing on criminal defense and family law in Broward County since 1997. He trained with his mother-in-law, who is a family law attorney in Coral Springs and then branched out to open his own office in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

He has handled a wide variety of criminal law cases, from traffic criminal charges to first-degree murder. In the family law arena, he handles all aspects, including divorce with issues of property, child support and alimony to paternity cases. On occasion, Patric will also handle general civil cases as well.
